We acquire, grow, and build leading, world-class companies which spearhead the massive global shift to digital, cloud-based business processes.
The shift from analogue to digital and from local to cloud represents the most significant disruption to business processes since the onset of the industrial revolution.
Our acquisition vehicles seek to capture this opportunity while also providing
both attractive and innovative liquidity solutions for
company founders operating in highly targeted,
global industry verticals that are ripe for digital, cloud-based disruption.
Digital Cloud
Holdings I, our first acquisition vehicle, seeks to identify leading companies and technologies operating
specifically in
the virtual conferences and events industry vertical, and--through both acquisitions
and continued investment
in growth--quickly build up the leading company in this category.
Speed
We act rapidly. We can complete even the largest of transactions within a matter of weeks, not months.
Execution
We offer an outstanding track record of execution, and we have personally managed teams from many of the highest performing organisations in the world.
Growth
We bring significant financial resources in order to support the most ambitious of companies. We look for companies that seek to grow--not by 10%--but by 10x.

We believe that the digital cloud revolution is just getting started and that it represents the most significant change in business operations since the industrial revolution.
